HBIS Resources Co., Ltd. (HBIS Resources) was listed on July 14, 1999, with its registered address at No. 21, Dongsheng Road, Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The business scope includes sales of iron ore products, R & D, production, sales, leasing, maintenance and technical services of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, metallurgical machinery, environmental protection machinery, mining machinery, special vehicle equipment and accessories, and import and export business of self-supporting and agency of various commodities and technologies. In order to speed up its own development, in June 2017, the listed company issued shares to purchase quadruple Hong Kong assets and raise supporting funds and related transactions, which were approved by the CSRC. After the completion of this major asset restructuring, the company indirectly controlled the South African Parambora Mining Co., Ltd. (PMC) through its wholly-owned subsidiary quadruple Hong Kong, which quickly realized the transformation from the production and sale of a single construction machinery product to the development and operation of copper mine (with magnetite) and vermiculite mine, as well as the transformation to the main businesses of processing, sales and service of self-produced mineral products.

PMC is the largest refined copper producer in South Africa, with stable sales of end customers. As the second largest economy in Africa, South Africa has a huge potential for infrastructure development. The demand for refined copper such as copper bars (lines) will maintain a steady growth, providing a stable profit guarantee for the sustainable development of the headquarter.
